Appointment Rescheduling/Cancellations within 12 hours or less will result in a $50 fee

Magenta Click has a NO REFUNDS POLICY. In the case that there is a problem with any of the material that has been sent, received by Client, and paid, Client has 5 days to contact Magenta Click to correct/edit/adjust the material. Inquiries made after the 5-day period will include an additional editing fee. If the client requests pictures, videos, or any visual production of space, a particular highlight, or any feature that is not usually included in the production (i. e., detached areas, attics, flooring patterns), a fee will be charged for this type of reshoot if this was not specified before or during the original appointment.

Magenta Click charges a $15 fee for scheduled properties that are not ready for visual production.

Magenta Click offers Matterport 3D Tour hosting for 3 months. After this period, hosting can be reactivated for a $50 fee per tour for an extra 3 months.
